At 77 Plastic Surgery, we understand that cost is an important consideration when it comes to planning for your desired surgical procedures. 

It's important to note that fees can vary depending on your individual condition and specific needs and goals. We encourage you to schedule a consultation with Dr. Fan at 77 Plastic Surgery for the most accurate estimate of services.

Appointment Etiquette & Cancellation Policy

To ensure that all our patients receive prompt and timely care, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. In the event that you anticipate running late, please notify us by phone so that we can make the necessary adjustments.

As a courtesy, we will call you 3 days before your appointment to confirm. To guarantee your initial consultation against late cancellation, we require a valid Visa^® or Mastercard^®. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please make sure to give us at least 48 business hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee of $150. As a token of our appreciation, any patient who incurs a Late Cancellation Fee will receive a $150 gift certificate that can be used at 77 Plastic Surgery within 6 months. We greatly appreciate your cooperation as we allocate a significant amount of time and resources for your visit.

Payment Options

Payment for surgical procedures is due two weeks prior to the scheduled surgery. For all other medical and cosmetic services, payment is due at the time of service. We accept various payment methods, including but not limited to:

Please note that we do not accept barter, Venmo^®, PayPal^®, Google Pay^®, or any other alternative means of payment.

Financing Options

To assist you in navigating the financial aspects of your procedure, we offer several financing options that can alleviate the upfront cost burden. 

Please note: Getting approval for loans online may be harder compared to applying for loans in person. If you are not approved online, please reach out to our Patient Care Coordinator for personalized assistance.

Insurance

77 Plastic Surgery is not contracted with any health insurance providers. While some medical services may be eligible for insurance reimbursement, it's important to consult with your insurance provider and obtain the necessary information beforehand. Unfortunately, cosmetic services are generally not covered by insurance.
